WOTECH'S key people are Tony Russell-White and Phil Maley.
Tony has been in Shipbroking for over 40 years. Based in London for more than 25 years, he was the first and continued to be the leading broker for vessels to support North Sea Offshore Oil and Gas Construction and Development. Prior to this, Tony had specialized in Towage and Salvage and was involved in major salvage cases during the mid-late 60's and 70's. He joined forces with Phil Maley in 1995 and the pair established Wotech.
Phil graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 1974 and initially worked in the chemical manufacturing industry managing maintenance and upgrades to process plants. He then spent 15 years as a Facilities Engineer with Wapet and Chevron managing design and construction of oil and gas production facilities in Western Australia and offshore Lousiana. He embarked on a new career in shipbroking with Tony in 1995.
